Cancellation / refunds: Contact D-Ruby as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule. If D-Ruby cancels or cannot provide the service, any verified payment is reviewed for refund. Refunds are handled manually; this website does not initiate bank transfers.

If approved, you receive the confirmed arrival window, itemized total due now, Interac instructions, and a 24-hour deadline.
D-Ruby verifies the transfer in the bank, records a receipt, and separately confirms the appointment. A payment notice or screenshot is not proof.
The 24-hour payment window starts only after D-Ruby approves your appointment and exact fee. Late payments require manual review. No HST is charged. The CAD $70 diagnostic fee and agreed travel fee are collected together; repair parts and labour are quoted separately after diagnosis.
